1.Disclaimer

1.1. English is not my first language. There could be misunderstandings in communication.1.2. I reserve the right to reject the commission if I'm not comfortable with your request or by other reasons such as unforeseen problems as for example communication.1.3. The whole commission section and TOS section are not written with companies, corporations or corporate entities in mind. If you contact me with commercial purposes, prices and process are subject to change.Thank you for your understanding.

2.What i draw

2.1. I usually draw male furry characters so I'm not used to drawing other character types.
Females and non-anthro characters could be injured in the proccess due to a lack of practice.

2.2. I DO NOT DRAW

-War scenarios

3.how to commission me

3.1. -You can contact me via note on FurAffinity;
via DM on Telegram, Bluesky, Mastodon or Discord;
or via form through the contact section.3.2. -I work between mondays and fridays and I usually only answer between those days.3.3. -You can save your spot/bid in an ych/adopt leaving a comment in the announcement or through contact.
Spots and bids made through contact will be published on the announcement.

4.payment

4.1 -The payment is made via PayPal on €(EUR).4.2 -You can pay one time or in two halves. The work will be able to progress until the paid quantity.4.3. -Prices may change due to complexity.4.4. -Vtubers have to be paid through payment plans negotiated with the client

5.process

5.1. -The commision could be streamed on twitch, unless the client doesn't want to or the picture goes against in some way against twitch TOS.
For keeping the commission's process private, it has to be requested before starting it.5.2. -The client will get artwork updates when commission progress is made, so the client can supervise and request modifications if it's needed.
For example at finishing the sketch, flat colors, shadows, etc.5.3. -Composition changes and big weight corrections can be made before sketch approval.5.4 -When I finish sketching the details and lights and shadows in a full render, I merge all the layers from the character to render and detail them.
Once it's done, many modifications are hard to apply after this step so be careful and ensure everything is right beforehand or they could be denied.

6.refund

6.1. -If you wish to cancel your commission, part of the original commission payment will be refunded in accordance to the current work stage.
For example, when someone is canceling a full render full-body(75€) with the sketch done(15€), I will retain 15€.6.2. -If the work has not started, you get 100% of original payment.6.3. -You cannot refund or cancel a finished job or an ych spot through bid after paymment.

7.rules

7.1. -You must be over 18 years old to commission me.7.2. -I reserve all rights to my art, so I can upload it to my social media, stream it or use the work to promote myself as an artist in any way without profit.
If you desire a specific day for publishing it on social media, say it beforehand.7.3. -The client can upload the artwork to their galleries with proper credit, as well as use it with non-commercial purposes as for example social media profile, wallpaper or print it as long as it is for personal use.
Posting my works on twitter/X is strictly forbidden.7.4. -You can't claim the artwork as your own or remove the footer/watermark.7.5. -Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including withouth limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence techonolgies to generate work.
