First of all, English is not my first language.I reserve the right to reject the commission if I'm not comfortable with your request or by other reasons such as unforeseen problems as for example communication.

What i draw
I usually draw male furry characters so I'm not used to draw another character types.
Females and non-furries characters could be injured in the proccess due to a lack of practice.

Twitter(discontinued) or via form through the contact section.-I work between mondays and fridays and I usually answer between those days.-You can save your spot/bid in an ych/adopt leaving a comment in the announcement or contacting me.
I will announce the spots and bids who are made via direct contact in the announcement.
payment
-The payment is via PayPal on (EUR).-You can pay one time or in two halves. The work will be able to progress until the paid quantity.- Prices may change due to complexity.-Vtubers are forced to be paid through payment plans negotiated along the client
process
-The commision could be streamed on twitch, unless the commisioner doesn't want to or the picture goes against in some way against twitch TOS.
Remain the commission private has to be requested when the client request the commission.-You will get artwork updates when I reach some critical points in your work, to get the client approval and corrections for the commission. For example: finish the sketch, flats, shadows, etc.-Composition changes and big weight corrections can be made before sketch approval.-When I finish sketching the details and lights and shadows in a full-drawing, I merge all the layers from that character to detail them.
I am going to warn you when I do it, and I won't start detailing without your approval, so make sure to let me know any change you want to make beforehand. It's difficult to change some things when the character's layers are merged and I only fix little flaws or details like the ones from erasing lineart in the detailing step.
refund
If you wish to cancel your commission, part of the original commission payment will be refunded in accordance at the current work stage.If the work has not started, you get 100% of original payment.If the cancellation is made during the sketch stage, you will get 70% of original payment.
But if the cancellation is from a full-drawing picture, which reach the quality of a full-drawing sketch, you will get a refund of 35% of original payment.You can't refund a finished job or an ych spot through bid.
rules
-You must over 18 years old to commission me.-I reserve all rights to my art, so I can upload it to all my galleries, stream it or use the work to promote myself in any way without profit.
If you want to delay its publication, say it before hand.-The client can upload the artwork to their galleries with proper credit, as well as use it with non-commercial purposes as for example social media profile, wallpaper or print it like a poster as long as it is for personal use.-You can't claim the artwork as your own or remove the footer/watermark.-You can trade your personal use and upload rights with another individual identity.
But you can't convert the artwork into an NFT, even if you aren't the original owner.
This is only written to character exchanges purposes.-Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including withouth limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence techonolgies to generate work.
